Eight markets set records in September
September was XPeng's biggest month yet across the 42 markets XPulse now tracks outside China, and the 12-month pace rose for a fourth month running.
Germany, the largest market, registered more than five times as many cars as in September 2025, and France, the second largest, nearly four times as many.

How the figures work
Like for like: only months on file in both years are compared — 26 markets for September, 29 for the year to date, 9 of them on part of it. Left out: 10 markets XPeng opened in the past year, such as Austria and New Zealand, and 3 markets where XPulse’s figures start too late to compare, such as Indonesia and Australia.
Limited figures (Egypt: electric only; Hungary: electric only) are counted in the month’s total, marked *, and left out of every comparison.
12-month growth: the twelve months to each point against the twelve before, market by market and only where both months are on file, so the sample widens along the line — 11 markets at July 2025, 29 at September 2026.
Registrations by market: YoY is the change on September 2025; new means XPeng was not yet selling there then, and a dash that no figure for that month is on file. Markets under 100 cars share one bar. ★ marks a new monthly record: a market’s best month on file, where at least 12 months are on file. Indonesia’s figure counts retail sales (535), not registrations, and is in the totals. Uruguay’s figure counts sales (6), not registrations, and is in the totals.
Exports are CPCA’s count of the cars and kits XPeng shipped from China: its wholesale less retail sales in China, and by model each model’s wholesale less its China retail. They run ahead of the registrations: some markets are not tracked, kits are assembled abroad and cars take weeks to reach their buyers. By model, MoM reads new in a model’s first two months. A target under them is management’s own, from the Management Tracker, and counts XPeng’s overseas sales, which for 2025 came within a few cars of these exports.
