Changelog

What changed on XPulse, newest first: new sections, changes to where a figure comes from or how it is measured, and corrections. The data that arrives by itself each day and month is not listed, nor are design changes.

  • New

Registrations — Monthly figures for Egypt: new cars licensed, from the Egyptian Insurance Pool's monthly report as the press prints it. A month the press does not print XPeng's figure for is left blank: October 2025, and August and September 2026, until their range-extender figures appear.

  • New

Registrations — Monthly registrations for Slovakia from April 2025, from the Interior Ministry's register of electric cars and hybrids.

  • New

Registrations — Monthly registrations for Albania and Colombia from their national registers. Croatia and Bulgaria start with September 2026, on Latest registrations until China's month is out.

  • New

Latest registrations — Each market's newest month as soon as its country publishes it, before every market's month goes out together on China's day.

  • Change

Australia — VFACTS figures are shown as registrations, and the country page says what VFACTS counts.

  • Change

Registrations — Every figure names its original source. Two 2025 totals move with it: Ireland 148 → 144 (CSO) and Luxembourg 73 → 72 (SNCA).

  • Change

Norway — Figures move to the national register and OFV: 2025 reads OFV's 4,466, where eu-evs.com had 4,003.

  • Change

    Italy — Figures move to UNRAE: May to August 2026 rise from 66, 60, 61 and 32 to 74, 62, 73 and 48. eu-evs.com had counted only the G6.

  • Change

Deliveries — China's months are CPCA's own. May and June 2025 rise to 29,920 and 30,832 with the pre-launch G7s, so January to August 2026 reads China −22% and exports +100% (were −21% and +96%), and 2025's exports 45,014 (was 45,572).

  • Change

Deliveries — What was "outside China" is "Exports (cars and kits)" everywhere, on CPCA's basis: worldwide deliveries less China retail sales.

  • New

Deliveries — Exports by model: each model's exports month by month, in the China and exports section.

  • Change

United Kingdom — Figures move to SMMT's monthly files, every month from January 2025 restated: 2025 reads 900, where eu-evs.com had 816 (DfT's official count is 904).

  • New

Registrations — Monthly registrations for Thailand, Uruguay and Mauritius, from each country's own figures.

  • New

Tech — Opens: XPeng's driving software, chips, robotics and flying vehicles, with where each stands, what is ahead and how it got here.

  • New

China — Posts on X join the executives' feed: He Xiaopeng, Brian Gu, Liu Xianming and the official XPENG, XPENG Robotics and ARIDGE accounts.

  • New

Management — Every statement on file from XPeng and its executives, then the Management Tracker: dated targets and plans, each with the outcome on file beneath it.

  • New

Sales — XPeng's sales in China month by month and by model, against China's new-energy car market.

  • New

Models — Every model on sale in China with its trims and order prices, and the delivery waits for this year's new models, read twice a day from XPeng's order page.

  • New

China — From XPeng's executives: their newest Weibo posts, each in one English line, added automatically.

  • New

Financials — Borrowings and net cash on the cash chart, and the history table in three views (income, balance sheet, cash flow) with the operating margin and the result per ADS.

  • Change

Stock — Short positions are measured against the free float instead of all Class A shares, here and on Short interest: the two listings' total read 19.8%, where it had read 18.0%. The positions themselves did not change.

  • New

Ownership — Free float, XPulse's estimate: the Class A shares less those disclosed for the founder, the other directors and executives, and Volkswagen.

  • New

Short interest — A page under Stock: short positions in both listings, Hong Kong's daily short selling back to the listing in 2021, borrowing at Interactive Brokers and disclosed short interests.

  • Change

Stock — Hong Kong's short panel leads with the short positions reported to the SFC each week, as New York's does, in place of the day's short selling. Above the two panels, both listings' positions added together.

  • New

Ownership — A page under Stock: the latest Hong Kong disclosures, institutional positions from SEC filings and funds, the founder's control, the share structure and capital events.

  • New

Contact — A form for tips, corrections and sources.

  • New

Factories — A guide to XPeng's three plants in China, Zhaoqing, Guangzhou and Wuhan: what each builds, its output and capacity, and what is ahead.

  • New

XPulse — Opens to the public.
