    XPENG International Holding (Hong Kong) took 90.1% of PT Era Industri Otomotif (EIDO), an Erajaya company that manufactures and assembles electric vehicles in Indonesia, from PT Sinar Eka Selaras (Erajaya Active Lifestyle, ERAL), effective 13 May 2026.
