ARIDGE unit’s registered capital rises to $385 million

Guangdong Huitian Aerospace Technology, an ARIDGE company, increased its registered capital from $340 million to $385 million on 23 October, Jiemian reported on 26 October, citing Tianyancha. The rise of about 13% follows an increase from $330 million to $340 million on 10 October. Registered capital is the amount the company’s shareholder has committed to contribute; it does not show that new cash has been paid in or that ARIDGE has completed a new funding round. The figure belongs to this one company and is not ARIDGE’s valuation.
