ARIDGE unit’s registered capital rises to $340 million

Guangdong Huitian Aerospace Technology, an ARIDGE company, increased its registered capital from $330 million to $340 million, up 3.03%, according to Tianyancha screenshots published by South Finance on 13 October. The screenshots date the change to 10 October 2026 and show about $330 million in paid-in capital, which may lag actual contributions. The increase does not confirm new cash paid in or a new funding round. The same company’s registered capital had risen from $250 million to $320 million by September 2022, according to Jiemian. The $340 million is the registered capital of one ARIDGE company; ARIDGE separately reported approximately $1 billion in cumulative equity financing in March 2026, according to CnEVPost. Neither figure measures what ARIDGE is worth today.
