The twelve months to August 2026 against the twelve before, market by market and only where both months are on file. Rolling rather than year to date, which resets every January.
Each point carries its own basket, so the sample widens along the line — 10 markets at July 2025, 23 at August 2026. Months resting on fewer than 10 are not drawn.

Australia rose further month on month, 33 to 511, but that figure is manufacturer-declared deliveries rather than registrations and is set out below. Austria, Australia and Singapore have no August 2025 figure on file, so they cannot appear in the year-on-year rows.
Israel does not appear as a faller here: its August was ahead of August 2025. It is down on the year to date, which is a different measure and is covered below.
XPeng nearly doubles outside China
Across the months XPulse can compare like for like, XPeng has registered 33,346 cars outside China so far this year against 17,479 in the same months of 2025. That is growth of 91% on a constant basket of 23 markets, each month matched to the same month a year earlier, and it is the number that matters most in this report.
August itself did not add to it. The tracked total came in at 5,895 against 6,020 in July — the first month this year that has not beaten the one before it.
Both things are true at once, and neither cancels the other.
Where the growth is
Germany is the largest market XPulse can measure outside China, by a distance: 5,773 for the year against 1,614 a year earlier, up 258%. It registered 1,163 in August, more than double the next market.
United Kingdom passed 1,000 for the year in August, at 1,073 — and 1,041 of those fall in months XPulse can compare, against 220 a year earlier: up 373%, the fastest climb of any large European market this year.
Denmark reached 10,000 cars on 21 August, the third market outside China to get there. A country of six million now holds a tenth of XPeng's tracked volume outside China, and is up 132% on the year.
Belgium and Iceland both set their best month on file — Belgium 258 across 28 months of data, Iceland 72 across 27.
Behind them: Spain up 332% for the year, Ireland 309%, Portugal 157%. France is up 148% and Singapore 70% on the months XPulse can compare — March onward for France, January to May for Singapore.
Where August was softer
Ten of the fourteen markets above 100 cars registered fewer in August than in July, and the four largest European markets were among them. Germany went 1,253 to 1,163, Norway 780 to 701, Denmark 610 to 521, and France 963 to 546 — between them 675 fewer cars than July, against a tracked total that fell only 125.
What closed that gap was Australia (+478), Israel (+77) and Belgium (+76).
Australia's 511 is not a registrations figure at all. It is VFACTS — manufacturer-declared deliveries into the dealer network, not registrations to customers — reported in the same month the Federal Court dismissed TrueEV's case against XPeng ANZ, on 20 August, and as a new distribution network was being established. How much of it has reached buyers is not visible in this number.
France's fall is the one the record does not explain. It gave back 43% in a single month, in the same month it passed 6,000 cumulative deliveries — and it remains up 148% on the months XPulse can compare. One soft month against a market that has more than doubled.
One market going backwards
Israel registered 517 in August, its best since May. The year is the problem: 4,139 against 5,128 in the same months of 2025, down 19%.
Among markets with comparable 2025 data, Israel is the only one smaller this year than last. Everywhere else the question is how fast growth is running. XPulse has no sourced explanation for Israel and does not offer one.
Beyond the numbers
- Brunei gained a distributor, Imperial Motors, on 26 August.
- South Korea — XPeng was reported courting dealer groups ahead of a 2027 sales start. No sales operation exists there yet.
What is missing
Hong Kong has not reported since June. It is a 1,521-car market this year — larger than Britain — and its absence is the single biggest hole in the August picture. Lithuania reports quarterly and Slovenia is a month behind.
More broadly: 42 of the 73 markets where XPeng sells have no monthly registration data at all — the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt, Colombia, Jordan, Lebanon and others.
XPeng delivered 8,125 cars outside China in August 2026 — XPulse’s own subtraction of China’s domestic figure from XPeng’s worldwide deliveries, not a number XPeng reports; XPulse can see 5,895 across the markets it tracks — registrations, except Australia, where the source counts deliveries (511). The gap reflects untracked markets, differing reporting definitions and the ordinary lag between a car being exported and registered. The two figures are not expected to reconcile one for one.
