Launch XPeng enters Mexico with G6 and G9
XPeng officially entered Mexico on 25 March 2026 with the G6 and G9, working with three local dealer groups in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, with first dealerships opening on 6 April. Mexican media report that XPeng operates through its own direct subsidiary rather than an importer, with an initial investment of about US$18 million, and treats Mexico as its hub for Latin America.
