XPeng details MONA L05 orders for cars already built

XPeng will open a MONA L05 ordering channel for cars already built after the model’s China launch event on 29 October. Vice-president Yu Tao says buyers can choose from available configurations in the XPeng app, with a RMB10,000 deposit for a direct order or a RMB7,000 payment to convert an existing reservation after its benefits. Payment locks the order, and XPeng says a car could be allocated as early as launch night. Allocation is a step before customer handover; XPeng said on 27 October that deliveries would begin at launch.
