XPeng Denmark says existing models will not get XOS 6 and Google Maps

XPeng Denmark says XOS 6 and its Google-based maps are for the L03 and later models, not existing ones. "It is from the L03 onwards, not existing models," it told the Danish site MereMobil, adding that XPeng Norway's product manager, Morten Maastad, "has misunderstood something". Maastad had told BilNorge that the G6, G9 and P7+ would get the upgrade; on 19 October BilNorge deleted that sentence from its interview, with no correction note. XPeng Denmark and XPeng Norway are both XPeng's own national companies. XPeng itself has not announced either way; its own word is still its July release, which said L03 owners outside China would be the first to get Google Maps navigation.
