XPeng recruits German owners to beta-test XOS 5.12

XPeng has asked the moderators of the German owners' forum xpeng-fahrer.de to nominate a low double-digit number of members to test pre-release software, with applications closing on 26 September; nominated testers then deal with XPeng directly. A moderator identified the upcoming build as version 5.12, the next European update after XOS 5.9.5 rather than the XOS 6 generation now rolling out in China, and said the start date is fixed but cannot yet be shared; no release notes have been published. The forum's previous call closed on 1 May, and XOS 5.9.5 began its pre-rollout on 25 June.
